Willy said do not sell CMKX.Ohhhhhh.Poor guys they missed the .001.Or some probably were buying.16 reasons by Willy.LOL. 1) Mining techniques keep improving and areas that De Beers and others declared unprofitable in the FALC are being found to be in fact of solid mining grade. "Global Prospecting Ventures, Inc. (Pink Sheets:GPVI) is pleased to announce that the preliminary evaluation on its 100% owned Sturgeon Lake diamondiferous kimberlite body has been completed and initial results are extremely positive and exceed the Company's previous expectations. … the first discovery of kimberlite…was made in this area in 1987 by Monopros, an exploration arm of industry giant De Beers…. De Beers relinquished ownership of the Sturgeon Lake kimberlite body to focus its activities in the much larger Fort a la Corne area of Saskatchewan,
2) The fact that 3 companies have joined hands and money with Casavant to prospect their current JV location indicates that something of merit was made known to them beforehand.
3) It makes sense that since CMKX has many more claims it can prospect alone, it's only matter of "when" not "if" CMKX will announce finding of many other mineable diamond deposits in the years ahead.
4) "The odds of making an economically viable diamond discovery in Canada are well above the average for the rest of the world …only 0.7 percent of the 6,395 kimberlites found across the globe are worth mining -- odds of 1 out of 133 for striking it lucky compared to 1 out of 32 inside Canada."
5) The FALC region will continue to increase in value going forward. Land/mining rights will become more and more expensive. Therefore Casavant mining will be more and more valuable. "They certainly are, by a long way, the largest diamond deposits known anywhere in the world. That introduces all sorts of positive aspects in terms of the options for very large volume mining operations." Richard Molyneux, President and CEO of De Beers Canada Corp. describing the Fort a la Corne in late 2002:

6) Cash Flow leads to Prospecting which leads to discovery of mineable deposits which brings greater Cash Flow which leads to more Prospecting which leads to further discovery of mineable deposits… Once CMKX starts on its multitude of claims, there will be no stopping it. This current JV has all the makings of the CASH FLOW jumpstart we need.
7) If a shrewd business man promoted his company the way that Casavant has been promoting the symbol CMKX you would conclude that he is very confident of something and is thinking on a grand scale, race car et al. This is not typical penny stock behaviour. When was the last time you saw a penny stock symbol on a race car?
8) Post Bre-X, the Canadian Govt and many securities regulators are no doubt keeping a close eye on Casavant/CMKX, as well as a lot of other mining companies. The JV partners know this. Pink Sheet or not, This is not some obscure stock that is off the radar and can vanish into the night.
9) Casavant has a declared a plan that involves the Casavant Diamond Brand. He is not likely to jeopardise this grand vision right at the very beginning. He has more invested than you and I and the gain/upside is greater for him than for any individual investor. I believe he is very motivated, being so close to fruition.
10) Casavant needs a) CREDIBILITY. The proverbial GOOD NAME: hence good investor relations, a clean bill , etc. in order to see the b) $$$ from Big Investors and his word must be his bond. He also needs the c)$$ from the JV currently underway. This is the ONLY path to building the great international company he hopes for.
11) Companies have gone from pennies to blue chip in the past and will do so again. How can you hold the largest claims on the area with the largest concentration of diamondiferous kimberlite anywhere in the world and NOT make a success of it? Is that so hard to sell to Big Money investors? Is that too hard for small investors to grasp? It is not. "The highest priority pipes are those whose grade forecasts indicate the presence of commercial-sized stones. These include the 122, 140/141, 147, 148 and 150 pipes. Of all of these, the standout candidate for a commercial deposit at this time is the mammoth 140/141 pipe - the largest in the world. Originally believed to be two adjoining pipes, the 140/141 kimberlite complex has a surface area that covers 250 hectares and contains over 500 million tonnes of diamondiferous rock."
12) How can mining companies in the area be reporting positive findings, eg. Shore Gold, Forest Gate, De Beers, and CMKX be the only exception to the rule?
13) Cash flow is king… look for signs that CMKX has money coming in to fund the expansion,
14) We can expect: PRs in the future, announcing diamond concentrations of note; PRs about Joint Ventures with high profile companies in the various functions involved with the Casavant Brand.
15) When, not if, but whenever Casavant announces a mineable deposit on one of his very many claims, the stock will erupt to reflect the value only a company with many claims in a diamond rich location can have. There will be many spikes on the way up.

16) Strong possibility of a merger with other companies will spike PPS on the news, which could come AT ANY TIME - SO DON'T SELL
