yea 8k should be filed soon. Have you seen the KANA 8k? biz.yahoo.com with the reverse split coming, best to hold off.. Maybe it pulls a NEOF?? edit-- if no one on wall street has any visibility, how can these guys say they will be profitable by Q4??
