x86-64 -Developer Meeting March 2001
We will have a x86-64 meeting in Prague in March. The main topics will be discussion of the current state and of further work for Linux on AMD's upcoming 64 bit x86-64 processor and some;-) hacking.

The folks from Virtutech will be giving two half-day seminars on their very fast x86-64 platform simulator, SIMICS-LE ("VirtuHammer").

I'm inviting every developer that's interested in working on Linux/x86-64 to participate.

Date: 14th - 16th of March 2001
Place: SuSE CR offices in Prague, Czech Republik

I've scheduled now for the mornings of the 14th and the 16th two training sessions with Simics. The first training session will give an introduction and show what's possible with Simics. The second session will be for experienced users and targeted at the needs of x86-64 kernel development.
