I think there has to be unanimous agreement among 30 nations about SWIFT, and 2 countries are currently opposed. Germany just disconnected Russia from Nordstream. Dang, done did it.

That's coming from a guy who called himself a very stable genius, but, I digress; we won't know for a while whether Putin's savvy, or if he just made the biggest blunder of his career.
