"Clinton tax recession"? Talk about spin. This is the "Greenspan Monetary Policy recession". He wanted it, he got it.

What recent change in tax policy could have caused the economy to go into a recession? Could it be the overly aggressive rate hikes, followed by signs in January that the fed would help, followed by them running with their tails between their legs? Clinton deserves his own arrows; AG's got to take this one.
