Agreed..

But I disagree that Tenet might have known Chalabi was receiving such classified information, unless it was false information being deliberately fed to him..

This is serious stuff.. And I already have read of one more very serious issue that has arisen over this prison issue in Iraq.

But I'll leave it for someone else to find and post.
