Joseph, I do not know of any specific date...this is subject to all
the regulatory approvals.

My opinion on holding long term...the jury is out. I am waiting to see
if any further information will be available. Let's see what the street
thinks.

Are the shorts going to run from a hail storm? Wooooppsss!(Sorry,
but, it's the longs turn). We have suffered!!!

And, I gave blood today even after the draining last week!
