I agree... This was definitely a celebration of her life, and really, I know her spirit was there with us. Lots of music...one of her sons is an amazing pianist and played a medley of some of her favorites..played them with gusto! Had a young woman sing 3 songs, and she sounded like Julie Andrews in her younger years.....Had a slide presentation on a huge screen of so many things that were important to the family. Then a wonderful reception afterwards. When I leave, something like this would be a perfect sendoff for me. However, I've got miles to go and lots of places to see before then..I hope!
