Christopher, AMD did not warn its shareholders last quarter and when the loss happened the stock dropped about 5% immediately and eventually dropped about 10% total. This quarter they did warn early and the stock dropped about 10% immediately and is now down about 20%. Neither drop is especially startling considering that ASND has dropped from 55 to 36 (over 30%) without any warning or earnings shortfall. Unlike AMD, ASND does not have a history of continually missing earnings estimates, so I don't expect a significant shortfall this quarter (especially with the reduced expectations). The downside seems limited unless ASND pulls a AMD-like (enormous) shortfall. If that does happen, I hope that ASND can hire Jerry Sanders to BS the analysts. Richard
