Nothing is reasonable or unreasonable.It all depends on what people think the fair value of MSFT should be at that time. The PE can be 40 , it can also be 200, it all depends on the sentiment at that time. Do you think AMZN's price can be justified ? Well, that is the price people think it should be Can you justify the price of CPQ with last quarter's earning of 2 cent ? It is all sentiment.
