In hindsight this probably explains why the USR PR department was slow in responding to ROK, MOT, and LU recently. This is really huge news and initially I think it will turn-out to be a good move for us and COMS. I think the price COMS paid is too low for a takeover unless the target price was determined before COMS stock plunged in the last couple of weeks, and if it was, then why wasn't the price adjusted.

I have been considering purchasing COMS shares with its price so low but I guess Casey and Co. made that decision for me. It will be a very interesting next couple of days watching the stock price go up while the shorts cover their positions. HAHAHA
