Kenan was/is a homerun for LU. Actually I am trying to get one of my past employees a job with LU as she was the project manager putting Kenan into GTE.

Kenan is very good for high volume, simple transactions.
Amdoc is very good at medium volume, complex transactions (converaged).

The people who fail are the ones that think they can do high volume and complex transaction out the same system. ATT tried building one, spent $400 million and closed down the project. MCI tried the same thing but they only lost $178 million.

Therefore the only mistake LU can make with Kenan is trying to make Kenan a complex transaction system.
