To all, Some nice news today indeed. Looks like Randy has played some smart-cards....(Pun intended), and played them well. Nice work Randy! Some more news, all be it to a lessor degree. Nec's TouchPass was shown using assorted fingerprint technologies. Identicator was part of the show. Promising in that IDT's cost could a factor in the end users decisions... The latest development in biometric technology, NEC's TouchPass operates consistently with many different types of input devices regardless of hardware vendor. TouchPass is on display as an integrated product with American Biometric Company's BioMouse Plus, Identicator's DFR-90 scanning device, and a silicon chip input device. infoseek.go.com steve
