A vast amount of nuclear weapons will be dismantled, and that material will be reprocessed for fuel{ IMHO }. Along with that you have active breeder reactors being perfected. That Leeds me to think that the demand for fuel will be low, at least for the next few years.I think fuel demand is the key to understanding any long term hold.

Any trend in the US to build more reactors would be a big plus. Just one man's opinion
