Roger, you can pull up a one-day chart on IDX from Yahoo Finance, among other places.

It looked to me like the drop to $9.50 was on one early sale of about 13,000 shares (more frontrunners leaving the stock in the morning), then it gradually recovered to the previous close. No sign of reaction to the afternoon news other than, possibly, an early close of trading on the AMEX at 3:47 -- which seems unusual to me. There may be an imbalance in the orders that couldn't have been straightened out in 13 minutes, but that is speculation only.
