Other than the refunds mentioned in the press, we should all remember all of the refunds that AOL will have to refund through VISA, etc. I for one have three months worth of inappropriate fees, or $60, that AOL with have to resolve with VISA. And then just think of the administrative time and money AOL will have to spend to resolve all of their billing errors.

How does this company make money? Any profit margin they have is eaten up by their incompetence.

BTW, I have a friend who until recently worked at AOL in a senior position, and I could not believe the stories he would tell about how AOL ran its business. They just wasted money right and left with no true budget management or cost controls. If I was a stockholder I would be pissed. Instead, I own puts, so I laugh.
