Hello Skane,

As you know, I have kept my participation in the market to an extreme minimum this month. The only near term technical observation worthy of note is unfortunately too late.

If you recall my previous posts about the Failed Signal, you will be able to understand the continued weakness in SNRS. Another Failed Signal was confirmed on 7/21/98, at a closing price of 6.656.

Unfortunately, time is not permitting me to add anything further. There is much more work to be done tonight.
