Well, I can confirm the last print trade on 3Com, David, it was 40.875 at 4:57 EST on a block of 4000 acc'd to Dial Data, my live quote server.

That's not the only good news the way I see it:

Usually the acquirer is off and the acquireeee rallies...
the big boyz market likes this one...Both of 'em are rallying! Ride'em Prospector!!!!
