Officially toast. U.S. Wireless Corp says files for Chapter 11 SAN RAMON, Calif., Aug 29 (Reuters) - U.S. Wireless Corp. (Nasdaq:USWC - news), which provides location- and traffic-related information for mobile services, on Wednesday said it had filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy. US Wireless and its subsidiaries said filings were made with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
