at some point you have to wonder about motives. Why would they do something that would basically kill charitable donations? why would they do something that would exacerbate the problems in the housing market? Or are they just not thinking things through?

There is an old saying "never attribute to malice that which can be explained by stupidity". Maybe they aren't try to stick it to anyone, maybe they just aren't that smart. I'm not sure which is worse.

Nancy Pelosi sure has emerged as power broker in all of this.....skerry!!!
