Jerome,

AM to be held at The Ontario Club, Commerce Court South, Fifth Floor, Toronto on Monday, the 30th of June at 11:00 A.M. (TO time of course).

To anyone who plan to attend, the following is a couple of questions that, if the mood dictates could be asked:

1. What are the reserves at Nambija in the proven, possible & probable categories?

2. When can we expect an announcement of the Copper ore reserves?

3. When can we expect to see the start up of the copper zone?

4. Is the copper zone going to be mined within the Canuc zone or in combination with (presently a neighbour, and hopefully announced at AM, second partner,) Northfields.

5. What valuation is being placed for Au & Cu in the ground?

6. What are the milling plans? The low stripping ratio could mean that the ore could be hauled to a mill within X km. How far is X and where is X located?

7. Any plans for Canuc management to occupy a seat on the NFM board?

A concise response to these questions and other discussion highlights would be appreciated by all Canuckers.

Cheers Winzer
