A couple of analyst downgrades and all retail stocks in the poor house explain it. Take a look at HD, DH, GPS, LIN, BBBY, etc. all are at or below the 200 day MA along with SPLS.

I am a long-term holder and will buy more when I think the mkt is stabilizing which may not be for ahile. Interest rate jitters have the whole mkt headed south.
