Thanks for your response. I have seen information pretaining to possible litigation against companies who do not fix there y2 problems. That surely can explain why we can't easily access how many companies have started or at what state they are in fixing the y2 problem.

I feel the company I work for is very forward looking. They started to address this problem in 1996. They were recognized by the Wall Street Journal for there efforts in addressing they problem. I think we will find alot of companies start to look into the problem and see it is worse than they thought. This can only benefit a company such as Z/M who appears to have a much faster solution in fixing this problem. We will all find out when Z/M makes there annoucement. Hopefully, this will be soon. Take care.
