I agree, Paul. However, there is one hell of a lot more upside potential now (and a lot less risk) for us USRX shareholders, since 3Com stock will recover to a decent multiple. It doesn't hurt the 3Com shareholders at all if the valuations move up in concert. I would much rather have 1.75 COMS at this cheap price (and multiple) than .75 shares at the pre-crash price.

This was a very timely move for USRX shareholders.
