The mask mandate is bad enough but the US still requires a negative Covid test within 1 day of your departure flight to the US or you don't get on the plane. Age 2 and up. No excuses. You can travel all over Europe without a test and fly to Mexico without a test. You can walk into the US without a passport or test. You can drive into the US or take a cruise ship, but you can't get on a fking airplane!

If you or your travelling companion tests positive, you quarantine 5 to 10 days and buy a new flight home. They are fking insane!

Depending on your departure city, that can cost another $5K or more for a last minute hotel and new flight, and yes, YOU pay for the tests.
