Gelsinger was in charge of Intel's Data Center Group, which included Xeon and Itanium. Gelsinger was in charge when Intel decided to adopt x86-64. By then, Intel's plans to "hIjAcK tHe mArKeT" with Itanium were ancient history.

LOL, you probably think TSMC' s "3nm" manufacturing process actually means their transistors are 3nm in size. That's a commonly-held misconception by the anti-Intel trolls.
Maybe you didn't get the memo, Intel has renamed their 10nm process to SEVEN. Not seven nm, just Seven. I don't even know if it is a number or a name. LOL indeed.
