If trial courts must call on ‘biologists’ every time the subject of sex comes up
Don't be fooled by that evasive answer. Ketanji Brown Jackson knows FULL well what a woman is.

But she is leaving the door open for a "biologist" to come in and redefine what a woman is for the convenience of "woke" litigants.

All it takes is for a lawyer to present said "biologist" to be admitted as an "expert witness," and for a judge to allow it.
