been entered into between Starpoint Goldfields Inc. and Zizania Holdings Limited whereby
Starpoint has purchased, for US$398,344, a highly specialized diamond recovery dredge and
support equipment for use on its Angolan diamond properties.

Are we talking about the same thing?
