f your an AOLer you may already know some of it, but the over charging, the credit card scams, "free internet but we need you credit card number, then when you get the bill they can't find out how it happened.." and you can protest , but to who ?

I find this pretty interesting, because I had exactly this same problem long ago with them (yes, I used to be an AOLer). I still don't think they're intentionally pulling a credit card scam; I just thought it was basic incompetencies to be expected with a young company that was growing a bit too quickly. Funny that the anecdotal evidence is they've never grown out of it. <g>
