The show was Moneyline, which I think (??) will be replayed on CNN sometime... There was a lot of what you'd expect: both CEOs hyping how great the deal is. The thing I liked most was the commentator leading a question with "All the analysts seems to agree that this is a good merger, iterating BUYS for both USRX and 3COM..." I wonder what analysts he was talking about?
