Yes, I'm sure we could go on and on. The simple truth is that both candidates how to talk a lot in front of a camera or reporter, and they both will slip up.

The Palin issue was not a slipup. It was a lack of knowledge about a fundamentally important economic entity. That lack of knowledge is, quite frankly, frightening.

There are plenty of people in this country who might be good leaders, who might be great executives, who are not qualified to be President of the United States. It is a tough job, one that requires a deep understanding of a lot of issues, else you fall prey to those whose interpretation of events is not right and who leads you to disaster (e.g. McNamara and LBJ).
