K: LSI did have a recent major announcement. They purchased a chip maker in the storage field--Symbios. Because this purchase was transacted during the quiet period, they will not be free to comment on it in detail until the Conference Call. If you feel that your purchase of LSI was misguided you may want to divest of your shares at a profit given today's prices, which are above your purchase price of 21 1/4.
