LOL....and just exactly would the damages be to one reputation. LOL!!! Loss of on line business...loss of ability to get on line date, loss of on line creditability. IMO attorneys that think they could even win something like that smoked entirely too much pot during tort class. Maybe they thought they were in TOTE class.
