Good news all out.... worse news to come. Do you think the rating action goes by leaving CNC unaffected? As I asked earlier, the agencies act because it is sooo funny? The downgrade by 2 notches will increase the interest rate bill on their variable debt by far (can be as much as 70 basis points). Refinancing their old debt at new, way higher rates might put the lights out in some years...
