I agree with you. In fact, I would add that after 772 days of remarkably acrimonious litigation, Varian (VAR & VSEA), Susan B. Felch and George Zdasiuk have yet to substantiate a penny in damages as a result of any of the more than 10,000 postings associated with their SLAPP. No damages, no defamation, it's as simple as that.
Perhaps ¥ was in contact with one of the Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe fascist SLAPP attorneys that my attorney has beaten in two Federal Courts.
