<<Try to not let this thread become an AMTX whitewashing/brainwashing forum.
Hype on SI doesn't help the stock anyways, IMO. An open minded forum will be
much more healthy for new investors.>>
I'd like to second that view.
Volatility as a result of hype drives away serious money, and prevents
issues from stabilizing at a value that approaches reality. Hype also
clouds the data field for serious investors with a longer term view,
rendering unemotional valuation nearly impossible.
I have not read all of the posts written by those posters, like
engineer, who are no longer present, but those that I have read did
present at least another point of view. I've been long Amati for quite a
while, and feel that anything that can remove from this stock the
appearance of being in the center of a malestrom of hype will benefeit
share price and company credibility. The fact that the WSJ mentions
Amati in a similar context with comparator systems is a sign--
and not a good one. Thank you Will C.
