I was dismayed this morning to pick up the paper and see on the front page a story about New Orleans, with pictures and captions only of looters. The Italians I spoke with began every conversation about New Orleans with that dismayed look of "oh, the looting is terrible isn't it".

They suck that stuff up like a bear does honey.

Typical leftist newspapers in Italy will only focus on the negative. Reminds me of CNN during the Abu Ghraib days.

The socialists/communists love to kick America around when she's down.
