jz, I'm no options expert, so I will be asking the same questions. However, it is clear that the price of USRX will be closely tied to COMS, based on the fixed exchange rate USRX shareholders will receive of 1.75 shrs COMS for every 1 shr of USRX.

Per the conference call, the exchange takes place "when the transaction closes", which is estimated to be near the end of May or early June. It doesn't matter whether COMS tanks or goes up, this exchange rate is fixed, per the CEO of COMS. He said they were not going to worry about "decimal points". -G-
