I thought someone had X-Stream ranked as the #3 ISP. The BBC has them ranked anywhere from 10 to 13 with only a 3% share. Using the highest numbers quoted for Freeserve subscribers of 1.8 million and 31% I arrive at a conservative figure of less than 180,000 actual users for X-Stream if in fact they only have a 3% share.
