Well put. I think you have hit a very important point. The Intel
MMX strategy to change the "x86 ground rules" makes the some-day
release of AMD and Cyrix irrelevant. By next Xmas, the PC buyers
will insist on purchasing MMX systems and coporate buyers will
only want high performance P6's. Intel has once again thrown a
curveball at AMD and the other "little dogs".
