one more thing bill-----i havn't seen the proxy reports that you are referring to but to my knowledge current mgmt hasnt been giving away options like was done under jimmys regime. If im wrong please point out the exact situations this has occured. As far as mgmt investing in the company-----why dont we have all the employees and mgmt work for free.....in fact they should pay naxos for the privledge of working there. While we are at it, lets make a rule of no private placements. Does that sound like a good plan? we will have a company which has no income,no way to raise money, and no employees. That will really make the stock price rise! BTW---just to set the record straight, could someone please make a list of the all the unethical things that the current mgmt has currently done? I would like to know what those things are. Larry Macklin
