I don’t know why MWAR is taking a hit. I do believe that MWAR is more susceptible to quarterly performance variation than either INTS or WIND, because they are more concentrated, in Digital TV and now trying to break into wireless, and their quarter is coming to an end.

Digital TV has been a disappointment to early proponents. How many advanced set-top boxes have you seen in your area? Sophisticated wireless hand-held devices is just beginning. On the other hand, CDi is picking up (OS-9 is in every Philip’s CDi player), and they probably will be much involved in DVD players as an extension of CDi. In time Digital TV will pay off handsomely.

Does anybody know if MWAR will benefit from the large Motorola’s iDEN sale to GTE? It anticipates lots of smart-phone type devices.

Relax, the 1.6 million shares aren’t mine.
