Ramsey, that's an excellent job you did. Actually from the article by Xie Daxiong(Zhonxing's President). He also aruged that China should go ahead with IS-95A/B right now. Because that will 1) grab market shares as much as possible. 2) Gain very important experience in operating CDMA network. 3) CDMA2000 still being tested, and since the upgrade is smooth so there's no need to wait.
