paret, Those people are results of a welfare system that has made them think that they can do anything, legal or not, to enhance their lives at the cost of others. Most of them have never worked at a job in their entire life, and have lived off the dole.

IMO, when these people are seen looting, the authorities should fire a round just over their heads, and if they don't go face down on the pavement, shoot to kill.
