Answer: now it works, but I don't know why.
Turned on computer this am. Launched IE 5.5, then launched Netscape 4.7, to check my mail. Went back to IE homepage to come here to read my favorite thread and up pops CONTENT ADVISOR. Have never seen it before, and no one else in the house uses this computer. Thought I owed my ISP money and they were blocking me. I called and they said it was not them. To make an already long story short (ISP told me something about going into a registry, it's a minefield and call Microsoft at a zillion dollars a minute.) I decided to close window and start over. When I clicked on that x in the upper right hand corner the dial up window appeared and well, I'm here, but I don't know why....
I will now sit down and wait for an answer, if there is one.
Thanks,
Stu
