Larry: You said " thank you mark for so easily stating the exact point that i was trying to get accross! WE are going in the right direction now and i am looking forward to the future." I know you are expressing the sentiments of most of. us But I think the message that is coming through loud and clear on the thread, a message that we hope the Board will heed, is this: We demand a level of ethical behavior that goes beyond the level of what is and what is not legal. Self-serving "deals" that may inure to the benefit of a few, without legitimate defensible reasons for doing so, should be OUT. We are not opposed to rewards for exceptional efforts---but success is still in the future. Rewards should be tied into that success--because with that success we will all prosper---the little guys and the big guys, the insiders and the outsiders. A squeaky-clean Board will gain the respect and crediblity of the investing public and financial institutions. Bob Goldstein
