You asked "Please tell what self-serving deals and unethical behavior the current mgmt team has done."

I hope no one read my post and inferred that I was accusing current management of unethical behavior; because that was not my intent---and if that was how it was read, I apologize.

My only point was that ethical behavior oftentimes requires higher standards then just making decisions based upon what is or is not legal------and I hoped that current management understands and holds themselves to the higher standards. I am not personally aware that they have not done so.
