Pat,
The Sumitomo alliance seems a bit interesting to me. My questions regarding AMTX's strategies were somewhat answered by reading AMTX's latest 10-Q. In there it is suggested that substantial income is to come from overseas and that AMTX's strategy is to mainly sell to OEM's and "sytem integrators" who will then sell to Telco's. Maybe the Europeans and Orientals are more likely to stick by the standard. Any knowledge of CAP implementation in non-U.S. countries? Would the Sumitomo deal suggest that Sumitomo will be Amtx's system integrator in the Orient? What is NEC's role? In order to deploy ADSL I have the impression that more is required than modems and multiplexors after reading Sourcecom's homepage. What is needed? Who are AMTX's system integrators? Since these are the people AMTX expects to sell their products to and hence increase shareholder value.

Regards,

Mike Marsh
