Hi, John. I don't think ORCTF="too cute by «!" And I'm Welsh by blood, so there!

Seriously, tho'...
I believe ORCTF is victim of overall profit-taking in large part, by folks
who are trying to "time the market"
and book their profits,
while they have some.

The top in bullmarkets always see the little stocks get whacked harder and longer as speculative money piles out of lil' un's and into blue caps (or anything nutty that has the name "net" attached.)

At sometime, I will re-enter this stock. However, I've learned to wait when I see someone big step in front of the stock, especially on
a "secondary offering." I don't buy those opportunities. I've learned to wait until the "support" by the new group shows up after they've bought "their chunk."

Those "inveterate unnamed" theys in our lives, will ALWAYS know more
than we plebes do. Our job is to continued to do the due dilly and
spot the bottom after someone big steps in front of our stock.

Why? Well, I do recall we are still aware that the company is sitting upon news. Remember, they were supposed to "announce" things in order to "support the secondary..." and never did.

So, they got their secondary sold,
a biggie stepped in,
and now the European Holiday Malaise has set in beyond our NA borders.
As such, drifting lower by quirks and jerks is to be expected. These are accumulate times, in my opinion...quiet, steady, pluck some stock and average down if need be times.

When the big outfit that bought a chunk of the secondary sez, "that's enough..." we'll get the telegraphed reversal via Tech Analysis, and then it will be safe for me to "go back into it" for another go around. Whatever news they are sitting on, will be released at that time, and the old buy the rumor, sell the news will once again hop to the fore.

Hang in there, if you can.
