This actually had a GUI overlay by IBM, Prodigy for on-line, which was much easier than compuserve, MS works. It's was supposed to be the first PC for dummies, and I figured it out so not bad as I knew zero. I bought it like the third day after it came out and called the customer service line with some really dumb simple question ( "whats a tab key"), and the geek on the other end and I couldn't even communicate. I got pissed off and hung up and got like five calls back. They probably thought "oh my God what have we done releasing computers to the idiot masses".
